Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers use their phone's browser. They scan your QR code or open your queue link, join the line, and get real-time updates. No installs, no friction.
How do I get customers into the queue?
Share your unique queue link (e.g. waqti.io/q/your-shop) anywhere—social, website, or in-store. Your dashboard also shows a QR code. Put it at the door or on a tablet at the counter so walk-ins can scan and join on the spot.
Can customers choose a specific barber or stylist?
Yes. Customers can pick a team member they prefer or choose "fastest available" to get in whichever line moves quickest. You manage everything from one dashboard.
